• Standard Orders: Please allow 3–7 business days for your order to be processed and shipped after payment is received.

• Custom Orders: Custom candles and special requests require a bit more time to perfect. Please allow 7–10 business days for processing and shipping.

Shipping Methods:
All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS, depending on your location and selected shipping method at checkout. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Delivery Time:
Delivery time varies by destination but typically takes 2–5 business days within the U.S.

Shipping Fees:
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Lost or Delayed Packages:
